Welcome!
You've taken your first vulnerable and courageous step to obtaining the mental health support you and your family may have been thinking about for some time. For nearly 20 years, I have worked with adolescents, teens, adults, and families to support individual and family counseling needs.

My clinical areas of expertise are working with individuals (of all ages) with feeding or eating disorders, and with families who have communication or behavioral health concerns that impact the whole family. My clients appreciate my integrative approach that helps empower their ability to build pathways for overall health and wellness. I listen carefully, engage you actively, and support you unconditionally while we work through your personal and individualized treatment plan.

I am passionate about providing evidence-based, personal, and competent mental health services to help you go from where you are now to where you want to be. My approach is to get to the root cause of the behavior and teach you the skills that shift mindset and belief patterns for meaningful changes.

I look forward to meeting you!
